Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal and 20-min- ute paid break to consume meal when employee has not been notified on previous day that employee will be required to work for more than 2 hours beyond normal quitting time. Medical benefits: Each con- tractor will remit $0.05 per hour (to be taken out of wage package) for UA Canada's Health and Wellness Program. Bereavement leave: 3 months for death of member of family (husband, wife, parents, chil- dren, sister, brother, grandpar- ents, mother-in-law, father- in-law). Tool allowance: Employer will furnish all tools and equip- ment, including compulsory safety equipment. Mileage: $31.95 per day when travelling more than 35-kilo- metre radius and maximum 80-kilometre radius from city hall in each city or town where shop is established; $81.65 per day when travelling more than 80-kilometre radius and 105-kilometre radius.
