Should employee be absent due to illness, personal leave of absence, work-related injury for more than 15 calendar days, 18-month time period will be stopped until employee returns to work. Safety shoes: $262.71 per year (previously $258.57 per year) on first full pay period in May of each year. Effective April 1, 2022: $266.65 per year. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply raincoats, rubber boots to construction services employees expected to work in wet, inclement conditions. $157.62 (previously $150) will be paid out on first full pay period in May of each year to employees whose duties require that they wear bathing suit on daily basis. Employer will also provide these employees 1 sweat suit, 2 tank tops per year. Effective April 1, 2022: $159.98. Personal protective equipment is deter- mined by employer and will be issued to each new employee (layered 4-season coat, water/ wind proof over pant, helmet, safety glasses, gloves). Mileage: $0.52 per kilometre when employee is using own motor vehicle.
