Vacations with pay: Employ- ees earn vacation leave credits at the following rate for each calendar month: 12.5 hours to start, 13.75 hours after 16 years, 14.4 hours after 17 years, 15.625 hours after 18 years, 16.875 hours after 27 years and 18.75 hours after 28 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 7.5 hours of over- time and double time for all work in excess of 7.5 hours. Double time for all work on Sunday. Meal allowance: $10.50 after 3 hours overtime. Sick leave: 9.375 hours for each calendar month worked.
