Signed on Sept. 8, 2014. Wage adjustments: Effective March 1, 2014: 2.25% Shift premium: 75¢ per hour worked in the off-normal period before 12 a.m. $1 per hour worked in the off-normal period after 12 a.m. Time and one-half for all time worked at height of 50 to 85 feet above the ground. Double time for all time worked at a height above 85 feet. Paid holidays: 9 days. 2 floater holidays after 1 year, 3 days after 3 years, 4 days after 7 years and 5 days after 10 years. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years and 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half. Meal allowance: $14 when employees not on temporary transfer are required to work outside their seniority unit. Life insurance: 2 times basic annual wages, rounded to the next higher $1,000. Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee's spouse, common- law partner, son or daughter. 3 days for employee's father, mother, father-in-law, mother- in-law, brother, sister, brother- in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, step child or any de- pendent relative residing with the employee. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year after 3 months seniority and 18 months after 5 years' seniority. Call-in pay: All time worked at applicable overtime rate or a minimum 4 hours straight time, whichever is greater. Probationary period: 3 months. Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2013: 3.5% Effective Jan. 1, 2013: Addition- al 50¢ per hour for field techni- cal and trades staff Effective Jan. 1, 2014: 3.5% Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 4% Shift premium: Additional $2.40 per hour for evening and night shifts. Evening shifts start between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., night shifts start between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. $4.80 plus regu- lar rate per hour for oil process- ing worked outside 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 7 years, 25 days after 16 years, 30 days after 24 years, 35 days after 30 years. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked in excess of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime may be banked up to 1 year. Time off in lieu of overtime pay may be taken at the rate of 2 hours' off for every 1 hour of overtime worked. Meal allowance: $14 for break- fast, $17 for lunch, $33 for din- ner when employee required to work away from headquarters on an overnight absence.
