Bereavement leave: 3 days for the funeral of an em- ployee's spouse, parent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent or grandchild. Up to 2 additional days if the fu- neral is out of province. Seniority – recall rights: Time equivalent to one-half of employee's length of service if an employee has worked for less than one year.
