Life insurance: Double basic yearly wages, raised to the next higher even multiple of $500, subject to a minimum of $10,000. Pension: Upon retirement, every employee contributing to the Municipal Pension Plan will receive 1 week's pay for each year of continuous service. Em- ployees not contributing to the plan will receive one and one- half days' pay for every month of continuous service. Bereavement leave: 5 days for the death of a parent, spouse, common-law spouse, sister, brother, child, grandchild, grandparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law. Reasonable leave of absences will be grant- ed for travel and estate affairs without pay. Up to 3 days per year to serve as a pallbearer. Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay at overtime rate. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years provided no further of- fences have occurred.
