Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 3.5% Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 3.75% Shift premium: 1 additional hour's pay for maintenance em- ployees working regular shifts on a Saturday or Sunday. $2.49 per hour effective Jan. 1, 2014 for evening and night shifts, $2.58 effective Jan. 1, 2015, $2.68 effective Jan. 1, 2016. Paid holidays: 12 days. Em- ployees who work a 12-hour shift on a holiday will be paid 12 hours' pay at double time in ad- dition to regular pay. Vacations with pay: 80 hours per year to start, 120 hours after 1 year, 160 hours after 7 years, 200 hours after 16 years, 240 hours after 22 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay at double time rate. Em- ployees paid at straight time for actual hours on standby.
