Vacations with pay: 2 weeks af- ter 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 20 years and 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Sunday. Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of Blue Cross pre- mium for all employees. Dental: Employer pays 75% of premium. Dental Plan 363 provides for payment of 80% of usual and customary fee. Vision: $125 every 2 years for refractions or eyeglasses. $200 every 2 years for contact lenses. Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 75% of premiums. AD&D: $25,000 per eligible employee. Life insurance: $25,000 per eligible employee. Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee's spouse, son, daughter, stepson or step- daughter. 3 days for employee's father, mother, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, grandfa- ther, grandmother, son-in-law, daughter-in-law or grandchild. Seniority – recall rights: 9 months to start, 1 year after 7 months of service, 2 years after 5 years of service and 3 years after 10 years of service. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay. Minimum 6 hours' pay on Sunday. Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year. Safety shoes: Employees will be reimbursed 20% toward the cost of safety boots. Uniforms/clothing: Employ- ees will be reimbursed 15% toward the cost of safety equip- ment. Mileage: 2 gallons of regular gas per 10 miles. $1.30 per pas- senger per day. Jury duty: Employees required to be absent from work for jury duty or to serve as a crown witness will be paid the difference between jury or witness pay and the regular rate of pay. CONSTRUCTION McNally Construction Saint John, N.B.
