Benefit amount is 2 times employee's annual earnings, rounded up to the higher multiple of $1,000 to a maximum of $700,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of monthly premium. Benefit amount is 2.5 times employee's annual earnings, rounded up to the higher mul- tiple of $1,000 to a maximum of $700,000. Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee's father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, child, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild or legal guardian. 3 days for em- ployee's son-in-law, daughter- in-law, brother-in-law or sister- in-law. 1 day for grandparent of employee's spouse.
