Signed on July 22, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective May 1, 2016: 2.5% Effective May 1, 2017: 2.5% Calculated by CLR. Shift premium: 15% for employees working on the second or third shift. $4 per hour for employees in the spray/painter/abrasive blaster or water blaster category. $3 per hour for foremen in charge of 5 or more employees in possession of a Better SuperVision certificate. Paid holidays: 10 days. Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. Double time for hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day Monday to Friday.
