(180 trade employees) and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2017. Signed in August 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2015: $1 per hour Effective Jan. 1, 2016: $1.75 Effective Jan. 1, 2017: $1.25 Paid holidays: 11 days. Time and one-half for shifts on a statutory holiday. Vacations with pay: 10 days after 1 year, 11 days after 2 years, 12 days after 3 years, 13 days after 4 years, 15 days after 5 years, 16 days after 7 years, 17 days after 9 years, 18 days after 11 years, 19 days after 13 years, 21 days after 15 years, 22 days after 20 years, 23 days after 21 years, 24 days after 22 years, 25 days after 23 years. Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 2.2% Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 2% Shift premium: $1.25 per hour when at least 50% of shift falls between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. Paid holidays: 11 days. Double time for all hours worked on a named holiday. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start (pro rated in the 1st year), 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 13 years, 6 weeks after 22 years. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week. Time may be taken off in lieu of pay at the rate of time and one-half. Sick leave: 0.0692 hours earned per each regular hour paid, up to maximum equivalent of 200 days. LTD: 70% of employee's first $3,000 of monthly salary, plus additional 50% of salary in ex- cess of $3,000, up to $4,500 per month. AD&D: Double annual salary up to $250,000. Bereavement leave: 3 days for the death of an employee's immediate family member.
