(140 labourers) and Teamsters Canada Local 419 Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2015, to May 31, 2020. Signed on June 1, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective June 1, 2015: 3% Effective June 1, 2016: 2% Effective June 1, 2017: 2.5% Effective June 4, 2018: 2.25% Effective June 1, 2019: 2.25% Shift premium: $1 per hour for lead hand. $1 per hour for any shift starting after 12 p.m. Paid holidays: 10 days. Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years. Signed on Oct. 9, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective Sept. 1, 2013: 1.5% Effective Sept. 1, 2014: 2.5% Effective Sept. 1, 2015: 1.75% Calculated by CLR. Vacations with pay: Additional 6% of employee's salary in lieu of time off with pay.
