(1,500 health service and trade employees) and Unifor Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 11, 2015, to Oct. 10, 2017. Signed on March 25, 2015. Wage adjustments: $150 lump-sum payment for full-time employees $75 lump-sum payment for part-time and casual employees Effective Oct. 11, 2014: 1.4% Effective Oct. 11, 2015: 1.4% Effective Oct. 11, 2016: 1% Shift premium: $1.15 for shift and weekend work. $1.20 effec- tive Oct. 11, 2016.
