Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 18 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee's spouse, child, father or mother. 3 days for employee's brother, sister, father-in-law or mother-in-law. 1 day for em- ployee's son-in-law, daughter- in-law, stepfather, stepmother, grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law or sister-in-law. 1 additional day if the service takes place more than 250 km from employee's residence. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year for full-time employees and 8 months for part-time em- ployees. Probationary period: 6 months or 600 hours worked. Discipline: Sunset clause is 9 months for a suspension and 6 months for other discipline. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of the employee's scheduled daily hours. Sick leave: 1.5 days earned per calendar month worked. Sick leave credits may be carried over to the next year up to a maximum of 95 days. Mileage: The employer will re- imburse employees for the cost of extra liability insurance and mileage when the transporta- tion of school children or travel on behalf of the employer is required.
