STD benefits on a 1-1-4-52 basis to 60% of regular wages per week. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Employee eligible for LTD benefits after 52 weeks of STD benefits. Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee's father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, spouse or child. 3 days for employee's father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law or grandchild. 1 day for employee's grandpar- ent, brother-in-law or sister- in-law. Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at regular rate of pay. Probationary period: 336 hours of work. Discipline: Sunset clause is 6 months for written warnings or reprimands. 1 year for suspen- sions. Safety shoes: $160 twice per year for melt room, mainte- nance, chipping room, whee- labrator, walk-in sandblaster, CNC employees and environ- mental technician/waste water operators. $160 per year for other employees. Employees using company vehicles are not entitled to daily travel allow- ance.
