Vacations with pay: 1 day per month of service to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years. Vacation must be requested in a mini- mum of 1week blocks. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 9 hours per day or 44 hours per week. Safety shoes: $225 in the first pay period in October and April each year. Uniforms/clothing: Winter gear will be provided to mainte- nance in October each year. Moonlighting: Employees who undertake any work similar to, or connected with, the activities of the employer after regular working hours will be subject to discipline. On the 1st occasion, the employee will be subject to a 1-week suspension. If a 2nd incident takes place within a 1-year period of the last offence, the employee will be subject to im- mediate dismissal.
