Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2012, to May 31, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective June 1, 2013: 3.5% Effective June 1, 2014: 3.5% Shift premium: 95¢ per hour for second shift, $1.06 per hour for a third shift. 12-hour shifts paid at regular rate, double time for additional daily hours.
