Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 18 years and 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time for all hours worked on Sunday. Meal allowance: $7 when em- ployees are required to work more than 2 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: 100% reim- bursement for eligible single and eligible generic medica- tions. Employer covers 100% of costs for a semi-private hospital room. Dental: Employer covers 100% of costs for preventative work and 80% of costs for restorative work. Vision: $300 every 2 years for the purchase of glasses or con- tact lenses. Employer covers 100% of costs for vision testing to a maximum of $100 every 2 years. Paramedical: Employer covers 50% of costs for a physiothera- pist to a maximum of $500 per year. AD&D: AD&D coverage is based on occupation. Life insurance: $60,000. $15,000 for a spouse. $10,000 for a dependent child.
