Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 17 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for workers on 10 hours, 4 days per week shift; on the 5 th day, double time for work on the 6 th day. Time and one-half for workers on 5 hours, 5 days per week shift; on the 6 th day, dou- ble time for work on subsequent days. Double time for workers on 4 12-hour shifts; on the 5 th day, double time for any hours worked after the 12 th straight hour. Time and one-half for any hours worked after the 8 th straight hour, double time for any hours worked after the 11 th straight hour. Time and one- half for any hours worked in ex- cess of 10 hours per day, double time for any hours worked in excess of 13 hours per day. Meal allowance: $12 for more than 2 hours of overtime.
