Signed on July 7, 2016. Wage adjustments: Effective May 1, 2017: mini- mum 1.25% Effective May 1, 2018: mini- mum 1.5% Shift premium: Advancement premium: $0.50 to $2 per hour. Foreman premium: Top opera- tor's rate plus $0.50 per hour. Shifts beginning between noon and 11 p.m., paid 110% of the regular rate. Shifts beginning between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., paid 120% of the regular rate. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 6% pay. Overtime: Time and one-half for work more than 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Dou- ble time for work more than 11 hours per day. Maximum 16 hours allowed in overtime bank. Time and one-half for work on Saturday, double time after 11 hours. Double time for work on Sunday. Medical benefits: Prescription drugs: 80% coverage, maximum $3,000 per person per year, 100% thereafter. Dental: Basic services: 100% coverage, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Vision: $300 per year for per- sons younger than 21 years old, $300 every 2 years for persons older than 21 years old. STD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $600 per week. Payable after the first day of ac- cident or hospitalization, or the 14th day of illness, maximum 119 days. LTD: 60% weekly earnings, maximum $2,600 per month, payable after 119 days. Life insurance: $100,000 cov- erage. Pension: Employer contributes to union-sponsored group RSP or CLAC Pension Plan (em- ployer matches 1% contribution of employee). Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, child, legal dependant, father, mother, father-in-law, mother- in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, grandpar- ents, grandchildren). Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay. Probationary period: 90 days. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply safety hats, gloves, fire-retardant coveralls and safety glasses. $300 per year allowance for any additional safety clothing. Tool allowance: Employer sup- plies all power tools, tradesman provides other tools. Mileage: $0.47 per kilometre for work outside 60 kilometre radius of regular work zone.
