Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Can be taken as time off. Medical benefits: Blue Cross TD 129 Plan, 75% of premiums paid by employer. One-half day to attend a funeral as a pallbearer. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Time and one-half, minimum 3 hours. Probationary period: 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 260 days. Safety shoes: $100 per year. Uniforms/clothing: All pro- tective clothing supplied by employer. CSA-approved flota- tion suit for ferry workers. All uniforms will be supplied by employer. Tool allowance: $250 for me- chanic, mechanic supervisor, automotive electrician, machin- ist or automotive body repair- worker.
