The cost of criminal checks will be reimbursed, but not to new employees and are a condition of hire. Training costs: Employees will be reimbursed for the cost of or provided with recertification at no cost for required CPR, first aid, applied sui- cide intervention and prevention training qualifications. Health-spending account: Employer contributes $700 per year ($450 for part-time) to employee's health spending account. Personal wellness days: 4 days per year with pay for personal wellness.
