Signed on Aug. 16, 2016. Shift premium: Driver cap- tains: $0.50 per hour. Afternoon shift: $1.25 per hour for work between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Night shift: $2.50 per hour for work between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 2 years, 3 weeks or 6% after 6 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 13 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 21 years. Overtime: Monday to Friday: Time and one-half after 8 hours, double-time after 12 hours. Saturdays: Time and one-half to start, double-time after 8 hours. Holidays and Sundays: double- time. Teamsters industry advancement fund: $0.05 per hour paid by employer. Seasonal layoff: Effective Nov. 1 to March 31, any employee may request a seasonal layoff in place of a junior employee. TRANSPORTATION Reimer Express Lines Montreal (55 truck drivers) and Teamsters Quebec Local 106 Renewal agreement: Effec- tive April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2021. Signed on Aug. 23, 2016. Wage adjustments: Wage freeze for: 2016, 2017 April 1, 2018: $0.55 per hour April 1, 2019: $0.65 per hour April 1, 2020: $0.65 per hour Shift premium: Lead hand: $0.25 per hour. Night shift: $0.40 per hour. Paid holidays: 12 days. Work gloves and summer coveralls will be supplied for all dock employees. Rubber suits, safety glasses, coveralls will be sup- plied for those working with dangerous materials. Mileage: Effective April 1, 2018: $0.13 per mile. Effective April 1, 2019: $0.15 per mile. Sample rates of pay (current): Part-time employees : $16 Editor's notes: Minimum pay: Except when an Act of God prevents normal operations, all will receive minimum of 8 hours' pay. Surety bond: Should employer require a surety bond, the premium will be paid by the company. Layover: For employees sleeping overnight in a cab: $20. For those sleeping overnight in a hotel: $12. Passengers: No employee shall allow anyone inside a truck, except employees on duty, unless there is written authorization from the company.
