Signed on Jan. 1, 2016. Shift premium: $2.37 per hour for working between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. Odorant handling bonus: $1.28 per hour. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 16 years, 6 weeks after 24 years. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: When em- ployee works an extra 2 hours (before or after regular shift), employer will provide a meal in the third hour and every 4 hours after. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate fam- ily (parent, sibling, spouse, common-law spouse, child, parent-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, spouse's grandparent, grand- child, step-relatives of the same relations listed, dependent rela- tives living in the employee's household and the other parent of an employee's child, not re- siding in the same household). 2 additional days for extended travel. Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay. Probationary period: 180 days. Severance: 2.5 weeks for every year of service. When employee is older than 50, 4 weeks for every year of severance. When employee is older than 55, 6 weeks for every year of sever- ance. Minimum 13 weeks, maximum 60 weeks. Safety shoes: $400 every 2 years for boots.
