Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 15 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours in excess of regularly scheduled shift on scheduled day of work or first 12 hours on a scheduled day of rest. Double time for hours be- yond 4 on day of work and be- yond 12 on day of rest. Assistant manager or higher positions not eligible for double time. Medical benefits: Company- administered benefit plan. Sick leave: 1.25 days per month of continuous service to a maxi- mum of 250 days. If sick days are used up, employees may be granted unpaid leave. STD: Extended sick leave bene- fits available for sick leave more than 2 weeks up to 15 weeks. Pension: Company contributes 6% of employee earnings, em- ployee contributes 5% of earn- ings to company pension plan. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of immediate family member (parent, parent-in-law, spouse, child, sibling, sibling- in-law, child-in-law, grandpar- ent, grandchild, aunt, uncle). Additional 2 days for travel or special circumstances. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' if called back to work. Probationary period: 90 days. Pension: Employer contributes maximum 7% of employee's earnings per year. Employees must contribute minimum 4% of earnings per year. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate fam- ily (parent, spouse, common- law spouse, child, stepchild, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent, spouse's grandparent, grand- child, guardian, or any other person deemed immediate family at the discretion of the general manager).
