Overtime: Time and one-half after more than 95 hours of pay time or all credit time after 110 hours per month. Meal allowance: $27.42 for single-day pairings (previously $21.23), $3.10 for multi-day pairings (previously $2.40). Medical benefits: GreatWest Life Assurance Company Ben- efits Plan. Sick leave: 15.8 hours to start, 17.2 hours per year added to bank, maximum 40 hours. STD: GreatWest Life Assur- ance Company Benefits Plan. Pension: GreatWest Life de- fined contribution plan. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, father, mother, father, mother of the spouse or common-law partner, children, children of the spouse or common-law partner, grandchildren, broth- ers, sisters, grandfather, grand- mother, any relative of the pilot who resides with the pilot). Additional 2 days' leave without pay if requested. Seniority – recall rights: The lesser of pilot's seniority or 2 years. Probationary period: 12 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months. Uniforms/clothing: Com- pany will supply: 6 shirts, 1 tie, 3 pants per year; 1 set of epaulettes every 5 years; and 1 three-season jacket at initial hire. Every 2 years the pilot may choose either: 1 replacement three-season jacket or 1 winter parka at the discretion of the company. Company will pro- vide 2 winter parkas. Primary training pilots will receive additional $300 per month and $20 per hour of flight or simulator time and $25 per hour for any ground work. Classroom instructors will receive additional $10 per hour for any ground work. A line-indoctrination pilot will receive $15.50 per flight hour for line indoctrination and/or line checks. A designated approved check pilot will receive $300 per month in addition to their regular hourly rate. A designated lead pilot will receive $150 per month in addition to regular hourly rate. A designated non-flying pilot will receive $35 for conducting their duties during a simulator or aircraft flight test in addition to their hourly rate (with the exception of new hires). Medical examinations: $300 per year reimbursement for pilots younger than 60, $600 for pilots older than 60. Moving expenses: $3,000 maximum reimbursement for moving to another base. Up to 3 nights' accommodation expenses will also be reimbursed. Minimum days off: Each pilot shall be scheduled a minimum of 12 days off per month (11 in February). EDUCATION University of Manitoba Winnipeg (2,600 workers, office employees) and the Association of Employees Supporting Education Services (Ind.) Renewal agreement: Effective April 5, 2015, to April 4, 2019. Signed on Dec. 9, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective March 26, 2016: 1% Effective March 25, 2017: 1.5% Effective march 24, 2018: 2% Shift premium: $0.85 per hour for all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. for regular hours of work. Not applicable if overtime rates apply. $1.50 for security employees on night shift. Paid holidays: 12 days, plus one-half day each before Christmas Day and New Year's Day if they are preceded by a scheduled working day. Vacations with pay: 0.58 days per biweekly period worked to a maximum of 15 days to start, 0.77 days per biweekly period worked to a maximum of 20 days after 6 years, 0.96 days per biweekly period to a maximum of 25 days after 12 years, 1.15 days per biweekly period to a maximum of 30 days after 20 years. Rounded off to nearest whole number. Up to 10 days can be carried over to next year. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked outside of normal daily or weekly hours or on a paid holiday. Minimum of 2 hours' pay if employee is noti- fied to return to work before completion of work if overtime is not continuous with regular hours. Minimum 2 hours' pay if called back to work. Can be banked as lieu time. Meal allowance: $15 or meal provided if employee works unscheduled overtime of more than 2 hours following normal work day, or more than 4 hours of overtime on a regular day of rest. Sick leave: 180 calendar days. If employee returns for at least 40 consecutive working days, the count will be reset to 180. If employee returns to sick leave after less than 40 consecutive
