Union decal: The employer will display the official decal of the United Food and Com- mercial Workers Canada Union, local 401 in a location where it can be seen by customers. Polygraph tests: The em- ployer agrees that polygraph or similar lie-detector tests will not be used. Bereavement leave: 3 days (plus 2 additional days travel time) for death in immediate family (spouse, including com- mon-law, same-sex spouses, mother, father, son, daughter, foster-children, stepchildren, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepparents, foster-parents, grandparents, grandchildren, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, daughter-in- law, son-in-law). One-half day to attend funeral of family member or friend. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Probationary period: Pay group 4/pay group D: 420 hours. Pay group 5/pay group E and above: 840 hours.
