Wage adjustments: Effective Feb. 26, 2017: $0.30 per hour Effective Feb. 26, 2018: $0.30 per hour Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for shipper/receivers. $1 per hour for lead hands. $1 per hour for night shift between mid- night and 6 a.m. Paid holidays: 10 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: $1.75 per shift from employee's pay for food or drink from on-site cafeterias. A list of excluded food and drink items will be posted on the bul- letin board. Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premium, em- ployee pays 20%. Drug benefit: $6 deductible per prescription, $2,000 per year maximum, in- cludes diaphragms, IUDs. $500 individual lifetime maximum for anti-smoking agents. $2,400 individual lifetime maximum for fertility, lancets. Dental: Employer pays for 80% of premium, employee pays for 20%. 90% basic restorative, peri- odontics, endodontics. Vision: $250 every 24 months for glasses. $50 per year for eye exams. Paramedical: Psychologist: $1,000 per year. Chiroprac- tor, naturopath, podiatrist, chiropodist, nutritionist/dieti- cian, speech therapist, physio- therapy, osteopaths, massage therapy: $200 per year. AD&D: Employer pays for 100% of premium. $25,000 cov- erage. Life insurance: $25,000 cover- age.
