Wage adjustments: Effective May 1, 2017: $0.90 per hour (journeyman, lead hand), $1.13 per hour (foreman) Effective May 1, 2018: $1.05 per hour (journeyman, lead hand), $1.23 per hour (foreman) Effective May 1, 2019: $1.10 per hour (journeyman, lead hand), $1.30 per hour (foreman) Shift premium: 1.142 times the regular rate for any hours on a shift past midnight and all hours of a shift where 4 or more hours are between midnight and 6 a.m. Carpenter foreman receives 18% above qualified journeyman rate. Lead hand receives $2 per hour above base journeyman rate. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 6% per hour. Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked beyond 8 in a shift; double-time for hours worked beyond 10 in one day. Time and one-half on Saturdays up to 8 hours; double time for hours beyond 8 on Saturday. Double-time for all hours worked on Sundays and holi- days. Meal allowance: $15 after 2 overtime hours are worked if more than 1 hour remains and every 4 hours thereafter. Medical benefits: Employer contributes $0.83 per employee hour worked to the Local Union 343 Welfare Trust Fund. Em- ployee contributes $0.33 per hour worked.
