Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25%. Major restorative: 50% cover- age, maximum $1,000 per year combined. Vision: $300 every 24 months. Paramedical: 80% co-insur- ance, maximum $1,000 per year. Sick leave: Full-time: 20 hours per year (after 12 months' ser- vice); 40 hours per year (after 24 months' service). Part-time: 10 hours per year (after 12 months' service); 20 hours per year (after 24 months' service). Unused sick days will be paid out Dec. 31.
