Shift premium: Double time for hours worked between 6 p.m. and midnight on Christ- mas Eve, Christmas Day and on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Paid holidays: 11 days. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' pay. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. Severance: 2 weeks' pay for first year of service, 1 week pay for each subsequent year of service. Safety shoes: $150 per year, may be carried over, maximum $300 (previously $125 per year). Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide parkas for workers in the warehouse, gas bar, re- ceiving area, freezers. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: $50 per day when travelling on company business.
