(110 administrative services employees) and Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2016, to March 31, 2020. Signed on Sept. 14, 2016. Shift premium: Double time for hours worked between 6 p.m. and midnight on Christ- mas Eve, Christmas Day and on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 10 days or 4% to start, 15 days or 6% after 2 years, 20 days or 8% after 8 years, 22 days or 8.8% after 16 years, 25 days or 10% after 19 years, 27 days or 10.8% after 27 years, 30 days or 12% after 28 years. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours' pay. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. Severance: 2 weeks' pay for first year of service, 1 week pay for each subsequent year of service. Safety shoes: $150 per year, may be carried over, maximum $300 (previously $125 per year). Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide parkas for workers in the warehouse, gas bar, re- ceiving area, freezers. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: $50 per day when travelling on company business.
