(15 dispatch employees) and Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA) Renewal agreement: Effec- tive Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2019. Ratified on Nov. 28, 2016. Signed on March 29, 2017. Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 3% Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 3% Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 3% Shift premium: Weekend: $3.25 per hour (previously $3 per hour) when majority of hours falls in 60-hour period beginning 7 p.m. Friday. Night: $3.25 per hour (previously $3 per hour) when working be- tween 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 floater day. Sick leave: 7 days per year. LTD: After waiting period of 17 weeks, 75% monthly income, maximum $8,000, payable to retirement or age 65), which- ever comes first. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for group life insurance coverage of 2 times employee's salary. Pension: O.M.E.R.S. type 1 pension. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay at overtime rate.
