Psy- chologist: $85 for assessment, $50 for subsequent visits, an- nual maximum $650. Sick leave: 1/2 day per month, maximum 6 days. STD: 75% of wages, maximum 26 weeks. Life insurance: Employer will pay 50% of premiums, em- ployee pays 50% for $50,000 coverage. Pension: Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of current husband or wife, dependant son or daugh- ter, including step-relations. 3 days for death of father, mother, sister, brother, stepfather, stepmother, legally recognized guardian. 2 days for death of mother-in-law, father-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in- law, grandchild. 1 day for death of grandfather, grandmother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law. 1 day to serve as pallbearer for present employee, retired em- ployee or former employee who is receiving long-term disability under benefit plan.
