Employees with perfect atten- dance will receive 125% credit for days. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 66 2/3% coverage, maximum $2,800 per month. AD&D: Coverage of $120,000 (single coverage). Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $60,000. Pension: Employees' Retire- ment Plan of Coca-Cola Re- freshments Canada Company. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of wife, husband, child, father, mother, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law. 1 day for death of grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, brother-in law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law. 2 additional days for travel if needed. Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. Call-in pay: The greater of time and one-half for hours worked or 4 hours' at regular rate. Probationary period: 65 days of work within 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months. Severance: Enhanced sever- ance is lump sum of $20,000 for employees with 5 or fewer years of service; $30,000 for employ- ees with 6 to 10 years of service; $40,000 for employees with more than 10 years of service. Safety shoes: $175 for steel-toe caps and puncture-resistant soles (green patch) from com- pany-chosen supplier. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply clothing. Service technicians/drivers: 1 parka or 1 rain/wind suit or 1 3-in-1 jacket. QC technician: 3 lab coats. Warehouse department: 1 parka. Skilled trades and bat- tery changer: Up to 11 coveralls (in lieu of shirts and pants), 1 parka. Temporary employees: 5 T-shirts. Full-time employees: Minimum 5 trousers or up to 5 shorts, 4 shirts long- or short- sleeve, 1 ball cap or toque, 4 T-shirts or 2 T-shirts, 1 sweat- shirt. Tool allowance: Stationary en- gineers, fleet maintenance and production maintenance em- ployees will maintain own tool kits. Company will reimburse employees — maximum $1,500 (previously $500) for duration of collective agreement — for purchase, repair or replacement of required work tools. Equip- ment service technician and equipment service technician trainee employees will be sup- plied with tool kits. Company will reimburse employees — maximum $750 (previously $240) for duration of collective agreement — to replace worn, broken or lost work tools. TRANSPORTATION Airport Terminal Services Canadian Company (Winnipeg International Airport) Winnipeg (96 airport workers, supervisors) and Teamsters Canada Local Union 979 Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 18, 2016, to Feb. 18, 2019. Signed on Feb. 16, 2016. Shift premium: Temporary relief: $1 per hour when mov- ing from ramp agent to crew chief; $2 per hour when moving from crew chief to supervisor. Minimum 2 hours' pay for relief assignments. Paid holidays: 9 days. Vacations with pay: 14 days or 4% after 1 year, 21 days or 6% after 5 years, 28 days or 8% after 11 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all time worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: 20-minute paid meal break after more than 3 hours' overtime.
