Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 3 hours, double time thereafter. Double time for all work on employee's seventh shift. Meal allowance: $12 meal voucher redeemable in the cafeteria for unplanned over- time assignments of 2 hours or longer right before or right after regular shift. Bereavement leave: Time off will be granted at discre- tion of the employer for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse if co- habituating for minimum 1 year, mother, father, child, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents, spouse's grandparents, mother- in-law, father-in-law, stepfather, stepmother). 1 day for death of grandchild. Shift premium: When flight- duty period is extended, follow- ing premiums apply: Exceeds 14 hours: $100; exceeds 15 hours: $200; exceeds 16 hours: $700; exceeds 17 hours: $800. Paid holidays: 9 days. Vacations with pay: 0.83 days per month, maximum 10 days to start, 0.83 days per month or 10 days after 1 year, 1.25 days per month or 15 days after 4 years, 1.67 days per months or 20 days after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for time worked by cabin crew member more than 90 hours per month. Medical benefits: Cabin crew member must join plan as con- dition of employment. Sick leave: 15 sick-leave credits after completing line-indoctri- nation flight. 4.5 sick leave cred- its per month after 3 months. Maximum 80 credit hours may be accrued.
