ACPs will re- ceive $250 for each completed Transport Canada 0249 Form after issuance of PPC. Paid holidays: 9 days. Vacations with pay: 0.83 days per month to start, 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 4 years, 20 days after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work between 90 and 100 hours per month. Double time for all work after 100 hours per month. Sick leave: 10 days per year. Pension: Employee contributes 4%, employer contributes 2% to company retirement savings plan. After 3 years, employer contributes 3%; after 4 years, employer contributes 4%.
