Signed on April 11, 2016. Wage adjustments: Effective April 1, 2016: 2% Effective April 1, 2017: 2% Paid holidays: 12 days. Holiday season leave: Employees will be granted leave between 1 p.m. Dec. 24 through Dec. 31 inclusive. Vacations with pay: 15 days or 120 hours to start, 20 days or 160 hours after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for work in excess of 116 hours over 4 work weeks. May be banked and taken as time off. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Community Services Benefits Trust (CSBT) Plan. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Paramedical: $750 per year for chiropractic services. Weekly indemnity: Employee pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 6 days per year, maximum 20 days banked. 2 days or 16 hours flex leave for medical, dental, optometrist, chiropractor appointments. Employee may use 2 days to travel outside Yukon for medi- cal treatment. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: After 1 year of ser- vice, employee may contribute — maximum $2,400 per year — to RRSP-matching program. Employer will match employee contributions, maximum $2,400 per year. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of family member (moth- er, father, sister, brother, step- father, stepmother, stepsibling, foster-parent, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, spouse, son, daughter, stepchild, ward, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, any relative residing in employ- ee's household). Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Greater of over- time rate for any time worked, plus 2 hours' pay at straight time or 4 hours pay at straight time rate. Effective Feb.1, 2019: $0.80 per hour. $0.90 per hour will be paid for hours actually worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Effective Feb.1, 2018: $0.95 per hour. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or Satur- day or designated day off. May be deferred, maximum 40 hours per year. Meal allowance: $12 when working more than 2 hours of overtime. Additional $12 after more than 4 hours' overtime. Vision: $300 per person every 24 months. $75 per year for eye exams. AD&D: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pay 20% of premiums for coverage of 2-times annual salary. Life insurance: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pay 20% of premiums for cover- age consisting of 2-times annual salary. Pension: Employees contribute 2% per year to Pension Plan for Unionized Employees of WestRock. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, step- child, parent, stepparent. 3 days for death in immediate family.
