Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $250 every 24 months (includes eye exams). Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 7.4 hours per month, maximum 222 hours. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: B.C. Credit Union Employees Pension Plan. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of parent, spouse, child, stepchild, foster-child. 3 days for death of sister, sister-in- law, brother, brother-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepparents, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, grand- children. Additional 2 days' leave for travel if more than 240 kilometres away. Seniority – recall rights: Less than 1 year's service: 6 months. More than 1 year's service: 1 year. More than 10 years' ser- vice: 18 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours' pay at overtime rate. Probationary period: 60 work- ing days. Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months. Severance: 1 week's pay per year of service, maximum 10 days.
