Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 19% increase): Full-time crisis support worker: $27.01 rising 7 steps to $32.11 Part-time crisis support worker: $25.13 rising 7 steps to $29.87 Casual shelter worker: $20.35 rising 7 steps to $24.20 Students: $15.20 rising 7 steps to $18 Editor's notes: Winter-holiday bonus: Each employee will receive 2% of employee's gross salary, less deductions, between April 1 and Oct. 31 of same year. Standby pay: 1 hour's pay at employee's base salary for each 24 hours or portion thereof on standby. Voting leave: Leave with pay will be given in order to allow employee to vote in municipal, territorial and federal elections. Employer will ensure all employees have 3 consecutive hours free to vote.
