Shift premium: $1 per hour when working between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Paid holidays: 12 days. Em- ployee may take 96 hours off per year, in lieu of receiving statutory holidays. Cannot be accrued year over year. Vacations with pay: 10 hours per month, maximum 120 hours per year to start, 13 1/3 hours per month, maximum 160 hours per year after 8 years, 16 2/3 hours per month, max- imum 200 hours per year after 20 years.
