Employer will provide parka and 1 set of leather mitts together with woolen liners for engineer in charge of steam rack. Employer will provide winter boots annually to em- ployees work in switching crew and steam rack. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex spouse, employee's parents, spouse's parents, step- parent, legal guardian, ward, child, stepchild, sibling, steps- ibling, grandparent, grandchild, step-grandchild, step-grand- parent). 3 days' leave (but only 2 paid days) for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, relative living in household of employ- ee. 2 additional days without pay if required.
