Employer will supply to field service- person 3 pairs of Arctic cover- alls (or pants and jacket) and cold-weather protective gloves. If not provided, employer will pay $600 per year. Tool allowance: Heavy-equip- ment technician, mechanic, electrician, refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic (HVAC), millwright, appren- tices: $650. Welder, machinist, apprentices: $450. Licensed/un- licensed maintenance person/ trackpress operator: $200. Em- ployer will reimburse damaged or stolen tool boxes, maximum $3,000.
