Employer will offer custom earplug fitting twice per year. Will be replaced every 3 years. Longevity premium: $550 lump-sum payment in December of each anniversary year of service, after 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 35 years, 40 years. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Pension: Employer will match employee's contribution into group RRSP, maximum 5% per year. Bereavement leave: 7 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, sibling, stepsibling. 3 days for death of father-in- law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, grandchild, stepgrandchild, grandparent. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew.
