Signed on April 11, 2017. Shift premium: $0.35 per hour (previously $0.30 per hour) for work between 11 p.m. Friday and 11 p.m. Sunday. $8 per shift when employer temporarily assigns employee to carry out responsibilities of salaried em- ployee outside of bargaining unit in excess of one-half of shift. $ 1.50 per hour when employer assigns employee to orient newly hired employee. $3 per shift if as part of regular job functions employee utilizes language other than English to communicate with residents. $0.15 per hour above person- al-support-worker wage scale for employees with a person- al-support-worker certificate or equivalent. Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 2 floating days. Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 3 weeks after 22 years, 7 weeks after 28 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 hours per day or 75 hours per 2-week period. Meal allowance: 1 free meal if employee is required to work extra full shift as overtime. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for plan equivalent to Blue Cross Plan No. 9. Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $300 every 2 years. Sick leave: 3 days after com- pleting probationary period. 1 day per month thereafter, maxi- mum 120 days. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $20,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $30,000. Pension: Employer contributes 4.5%, employee contributes 4% (previously 4%). Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, same-sex partner, child, stepchild. 3 days for death of mother, father, stepparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, legal guardian, grandparent, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in-law. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew. Seniority – recall rights: 30 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours if employer reports within 1 hour of request. Probationary period: 375 hours of work.
