STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 55% of weekly earnings, payable for 15 weeks. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $25,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $25,000. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate fam- ily (spouse, same-sex spouse, common-law spouse, parent, child, brother, sister, mother-in- law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandmother, grandmother-in-law, grandfa- ther, grandfather-in-law, grand- children). 2 additional days if family member lived outside province. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew. 2 additional days off without pay, if employee required to travel and cannot return same day.
