Paramedical: $500 maximum per year per practitioner: chiro- practors, physiotherapists, ath- letic therapists, psychologists, speech therapists, naturopaths, osteopaths, massage therapists. Sick leave: After 2 years of em- ployment, employee will receive 1 day per month, maximum 10 days per year. May be accumu- lated, maximum 50 days. LTD: Eligible to employers hired May 1, 2016. Employee pays $45 per month. Maximum benefit: $2,000 per month. Life insurance: Employees will pay $0.25 per month per $1,000 of coverage. $100,000 for fore- man, $75,000 for others. Em- ployer will pay excess costs. Pension: RRSP plan will be of- fered to employees. After 1 year, employer and employee each contribute 2.5%; after 6 years, employer and employee each contribute 4%; after 11 years, employer and employee each contribute 6%; after 16 years, employer and employee each contribute 8%. Bereavement leave: Minimum 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, father, mother, spouse of employee's father and moth- er (including common-law partner), father, mother and spouse of employee's father and mother (including com- mon-law partner), grandchil- dren, brother, sisters, parent-in- laws (including common-law partner), resident residing with employee).
