Vacations with pay: 15 days af- ter 1 year, 20 days after 9 years, 25 days after 15 years, 26 days after 21 years, 27 days after 22 years, 28 days after 23 years, 29 days after 24 days, 30 days after 25 years. Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after regular time. May be taken as time off in lieu. Meal allowance: Meal or $14 (previously $13.90) when work- ing 2 overtime hours immedi- ately after normal working day and every subsequent 4-hour interval. Effective April 1, 2020: $14.50. 2 meals or meal allow- ances for emergency overtime more than 30 minutes prior to regular start time. Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. 50% reimburse- ment for orthodontic services, lifetime maximum of $3,000 per person. 50% reimbursement for major restorative services, maximum of $2,260 per person per year. Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Maximum coverage of $400 every 24 months. Maxi- mum $120 for eye exams every 24 months. Sick leave: 1.5 days per month. LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Coverage of 67% of pre-disability earnings, maxi- mum $5,651 per month, with waiting period of 180 days. Ef- fective April 1, 2019: Maximum $5,770 per month. Effective April 1, 2020: Maximum $5,896 per month. Pension: Participation by em- ployees in Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) is compulsory. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate fam- ily (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, foster-parent, former guardian of employee, brother, sister, spouse, child, ward of employee, father- in-law, mother-in-law, step- brother, stepsister, grandchild, relative residing in employee's household). 4 days for death of grandparent. 3 days for death of son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, niece, nephew. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, grandparent of current spouse. Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours' pay at straight time or for all hours worked at overtime rates, whichever is higher. Probationary period: 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. Severance: 2 months' pay after 1 year of service, 3 months' pay after 3 years of service, 4.5 months' pay after 5 years of service, 7 months' pay after 10 years of service, 10 months' pay after 16 years of service, 14 months' pay after 20 years of service, 18 months' pay after 25 years of service. Safety shoes: $295 per year (previously $290 per year). Uniforms/clothing: New em- ployees will be supplied with 2 pairs of leather gloves and 1 pair of 3-finger winter gloves with liners. Gloves will be replaced on an exchange basis due to wear or defects. Tool allowance: Employer will supply all tools and equipment required by employees. Mileage: $0.46 per kilometre (previously $0.45 per kilometre) when employee uses personal vehicle on company business.
