Employer will provide skilled-trade em- ployees in surface-maintenance department with 1 winter coat per year. Employer will provide shaft mechanics with 1 winter coat during term of collective agreement. Employer will pro- vide 9-pair cycle for all classi- fied skilled-trades employees. Tool allowance: Employer will supply metric, specialized tools for use by skilled-trades em- ployees when required.
