Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 13 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 18 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours in excess of basic work week, double time thereafter. May be taken as time off in lieu, must be used within 4 weeks. Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employ- ee pays 50% of premiums. Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Sick leave: 1 day per month of service. LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Bereavement leave: 2 weeks for death of spouse, father, mother, child.
