Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 6% on each paycheque. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal for employees who work more than 12 hours per day. Medical benefits: Employer contributes $1.71 per hour to health and welfare fund. Dental: Basic services: 100%, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Major services: 50%, maximum $2,000 per person per year. Vision: $300 per year for per- sons younger than 19; $300 every 2 years for persons older than 19. LTD: 60% of earnings, max- imum $2,600 per month, pay- able after 119 days. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, legal dependent, parents, parents-in-law, legal guardian, brother, sister, grand- parents, grandchildren. Probationary period: 90 days. Severance: Employer will supply employees with gloves, hearing protection, non-pre- scription safety glasses, shields, goggles, fire-retardant cover- alls, rain gear, particulate masks, breathing apparatuses, fall-arrest equipment. Safety shoes: All employees will wear CSA-approved safety boots supplied by employees.
